Is any one else having issues with mail not syncing in CRM? we use Zoho Mail and emails get pushed into CRM under associated contacts, but no emails are syncing since 2/4/17 for anybody in our organization. 2/3/17 is last date emails were added to CRM. So far Zoho support has not been able to help us figure out why. They supposedly have escalated it and are going to get back to me but wanted to see if any one else is having this issue also? did they update something over the weekend that caused this etc.
