Can anyone suggest how I might link more than 1 question within a Zoho survey back to a single field within CRM?

Ie. If my survey is following a decision tree, and I have incorporated question logic into my flow, I would like the answers to populate back to a single Zoho CRM field, but the system states that you can only map a single question to a single field.
