CRM's sandbox now supports the Zoho Desk integration

Hello everyone,


Sales and customer support teams often collaborate to solve tickets and identify pain points. In Zoho's suite of products, sales teams primarily use Zoho CRM while customer support teams work in Zoho Desk. These two tools are often integrated so that both teams can collaborate seamlessly and work with customer data that's synced between both tools.

To eliminate the risk of integration-related issues, you can test your Zoho Desk integration in CRM's sandbox before going live. This enables you to do multiple things like the following:

  • Test ticket management and data sync in a safe environment.

  • Prevent future issues in the live environment by dealing with integration-related problems in the sandbox.

  • Train your sales and support teams to leverage the integration in a realistic manner without affecting live data.

  • Easily deploy the integration to the production environment once testing is complete.

Note: You're integrating your CRM sandbox with a live Zoho Desk account. Any changes made in the sandbox environment with respect to the integrated account will be reflected in your live Zoho Desk account.
