Culomns

I have a dokument with two culumns which is an odt edited with OO 2.4

There are no culumns in the writer ....

A second thing :

Is it possible to custom the writer according a definition in the master document ?

Vor example we have certain kind of documents in our firm. a Letter a info a police etc.

The letter is made with with one column.
The info is to make with to culumns and Arial. The user should not be able to change this so the buttons menue entries should be switched off according the type of documents.
