Custom Login with custom Logo is not working

Hello,

I'm free user and I want to display a custom login url, I have already added CNAME record mail.sarathionline.org to business.zoho.com but when I try to access with my custom url it redirects but it does not display the custom logo.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the URL: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/organization-dashboard.html#alink2 but no luck.
