I have created a custom module that collects details about equipment that customers own. The module does exactly what I want it to, however when I display the module on the app, the list of records is shown is organised by the record ID. Is there a way to show the list of records and view them by a chosen field? such as the "Equipment Type" field in my module? This would be easier to scan down and find what I want.

(Another minor frustration is that the module is called "Customer Equipment Fleet" but the owner field then automatically then gets called "Customer Equipment Fleet Owner" which is quite confusing as the owner is the account. Why not just call the field "Record Owner" instead of appending the module name to the owner field? Is there a way to hide the owner field so only the user responsible for the account is selected by default and then cannot change it.
