Custom Placeholders in Terms & Conditions

Hi Zoho,

Totally loving the Zoho Invoice and I am excited about revolutionizing my current workflow.  I do have a question about adding custom placeholders into an estimate/invoice.

For example, when I create an estimate, in the terms & conditions it will always have the following:

• 50% project payment of $6,667.50 upon signing of project contract to start brand design, wire-framing + design of website
• 25% project payment of $3,333.75 upon start of programming of website, or on March 1, 2017, whichever comes sooner
• 25% project payment of $3,333.75 prior to launch of website, or on April 1, 2017, whichever comes sooner

I would like the dollar values shown above to be automatically calculated based on the total amount of the estimate, and the dates being automatically calculated for 4 and 8 weeks, respectively, from the date of the estimate.

Is that possible to do?  I've tried to add in placeholders from the e-mail templates into those areas, but it doesn't calculate.  I've also tried adding placeholders into the footer, but there is no placeholder that will calculate %Total x 0.5% etc.

Please help?
