Custom summary view to be shared among all users

Let's say the app owner has created a personalised summary view which applies everytime he access the app and clicks on view the record (or record summary).

This custom summary view does not apply to other users (whether they are developpers or regular users).

Is it a way to share custom summary views with other users?

Do you think in any other way around to do this?
