Hi,

I've set a custom view to show only Open, Escalated and On Hold tickets yet this results in no tickets being shown in the custom view...

So this is pretty simple right? What am I missing? I'm just creating a view so I don't have to keep constantly using filters to see what I need to work on/follow up on.
