Customer Success: Learn to Create Amazing Appointment Scheduling Sites

That industry has many designs and colors associated with them, as this allows us to convey the feeling of the industry's goods or services. Similarly, you must also follow a certain design language to help make the customer feel safe and confident while choosing to get your service.

This is important because sometimes using an incorrect design on your booking page can be disastrous for your business.

In fact, you will also end up losing your competition customers who have a more friendly online presence than you. And doing the right thing every move will help you make sure you are on the internet in your best shape.


All right, so, how should you go about making an appointment scheduling site?



You can not effectively show your service visually on your booking page in your line of business.

Instead, the attention should be on how the customer will feel on the booking page while they are on. This should help with a fun and relaxing theme. Additionally, you can also provide any information that the client should know about on the booking page before scheduling an appointment with your practice.

This way you can guarantee that the customer has everything they need right from the web without having to look for it anywhere. It makes it easy for them to do so and they enjoy such thinking from your side.


The best place to start is your background image.

To get started with designing, you need to get an idea of how your booking page would look like to the end. To assist with this, you can search for suggestions from other blogs or from your industry's booking pages.

While you can select whatever color you want, we would advise you to choose a color that makes it easier to read the text on top.

White or whitish colors are in this respect usually the best choices. This allows us to focus on the text rather than the design of the reader while at the same time complementing it which is what we want on our website.

If you would rather go for a darker color in nature, make sure the color makes it easy to read the text on top, which will have a contrasting colour.

If you like you can go with an picture, too. Try to pick a picture that has lots of whitish shades that dominate the picture for the reasons we have just talked about, if that is the option you would like to go forward with.

Let us suppose you chose white as the primary color for the purposes of this tutorial. Now that we are going to use one color in the color scheme we have defined; we have to add another color with white.

The advantage of a color scheme of using a color based on white is that it can be used in conjunction with nearly all colours. When there are so many colors to choose from, how can we pick the second one for our scheme?

Another look at some of the popular websites or booking pages can help. You can also search for your primary color paint combinations on the internet, and select one that looks cool and calming. Many companies have a color scheme that they frequently use for their websites and this is where you need to pick the color. Start searching for a background picture that combines these two colors very well, despite the combination of these two colours.

This is because it provides a very warm and attractive look to your booking page, because this color scheme is used extensively on all elements of your booking page. The exception to that is that if you already have a website using a certain color scheme, it will be easier to adhere to it specifically if the company adopted the design language exclusively.

Also pictures you have from your work can be included. If not, you can check pictures from websites such as Shutterstock and 123rf for pictures provided for that particular reason or you can also look for royalty-free pictures from other websites.

Make sure the picture you choose is not too cluttered with topics, because you can clearly see the text on the booking page that will fall across it. When you plan to add the logo to the background instead of the default logo on the top left corner of the website, please bear in mind that you will need to use applications like Canva or specialized tools like Photoshop for this purpose.

Now that your background picture has been finalized, let us go through next color customization.


What about the other things on your site, then?

We had already discussed that the color scheme used on this page would also be applied to other elements. It is so that we must make sure that the backdrop and the elements go together when it comes to visual design.

Make sure the right color is applied when adding the same for both the text and the buttons which contrasts with the color below. For example, if the background color on the screen where the text is being filled in is white, then the text color will be the other color you have selected in your color scheme.

Furthermore, for the same reasons, one should always ensure that the company logo used on the booking page always blends in well against the background.

Once all of these have been done, check the website by clicking the Go To button at the very end of the customization options to verify if all is the way you need it.

You can then determine, depending on this, whether anything you have applied to the website needs to be changed or modified so that it appears better than before.


The text on your site is probably the most powerful part.

The text on your booking page consists primarily of two lines, which can be used when appropriate.

Although some will use this to display phrases used to promote their brand, some will use it to provide detailed guidelines which should be taken into account when making appointments.

So when you book your practice appointments the text on the website is always down to what the customers need to see. This room can also be used with imaginative terms for the subtle ads.

Make sure that customers understand the text easily and clearly, and know what they need to understand before scheduling their appointments.

Additionally, if you want to view additional text other than those two parts, editing the image will allow you to add it to the background material. Make sure that the text is not added to the picture where the buttons overlap, and avoid the buttons on the booking page for this case.

Keep in mind that the color of the paper matches the color that you use on the other text-based components to ensure the design is legible and consistent.


Is that everything that you need to do? Not quite!

Take a long, deep look at your page to see if you have the site like how you wanted it earlier. You can also ask other people for their feedback on your page to have another opinion on what you have done. This may help you get some ideas to improve your booking page even further.

We will recommend that you continue to review your page for any updates you make so that you can make further adjustments through the editing method.

Overall, it is important to be sure that your booking page is not cluttered, that it is beautifully appealing and readable to anyone who could use it very clearly. Before scheduling an appointment with your meeting room, you should also ensure that all relevant details are provided which should inform consumers.
