Hi,

need some help/guidance on the following.

I need to send an email to +100 contacts in my database. All of them need to have a 'personal' pdf. ( So everybody has his/her own pdf )

What is the best way to do so?

- Upload the pdf's in Zoho Docs, and create a field in the contacts record to store the link, have it synced and use the value as URL in the mail ( But this implies that I need to create a field for 1 time usage, and only for 1 % of my database

- Another solution - if possible - to generate a script that is part of the content, which generates the pdf url out of the company name and add it to the mail content ( For this I would not need a dedicated field, but not sure if this would be possible in ZOHO)

- Another approch???
