Would like to ask if why does the dashboard only shows that "DAC IT IAD" only has 2 tickets?

But in reality we have a total of 8 tickets assigned to DAC IT IAD.

Note that only 1 out of 8 is CLOSED and 7 tickets are still OPEN.
