I am very new to Zoho.. and not sure if it can do, or should I say, I can easily set it up to do, or first basic requirement.
We take in up to 1000 unique used products every week. They come from up to 50 regular suppliers. The are used household appliances. We try to fix most of them. For waste regulation purposes we have to track every machine from the source/supplier it cam from to if it was repaired and put back on the market? or stripped and scrap for material recovery.
Is it possible - easily - to set up a database in zoho that will enable us to take in a load from a supplier - for example -20 fridges, and on the database select a supplier, select a delivery note to attach to them, then screen them and tell the database that 5 of the units are fit for potential repair. These 5 are given an attribute and a barcode generated and printed in a set of 5. The others are given an attribute of scrap, and no barcode stickers printed as they go straight to stripping. The barcode stickers are then attached to the machines and used to track them as we add information about makes and models, and then repairs carried out, and whether they end up in sales? or fail and then end up in scrap?
Apologies if this is a long and dtailed question, but hoping for a kick stat that tells me it's worth looking at building this ourselves
