I'm starting as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and trying to setup Zoho Desk for my customers.
I'm looking for a way for custom fields to be customer specific when creating a new ticket.
For each one of my customers, I manage several platforms.
I'd like to have a field named "Platform" in which each customer will see all platforms that belong to him.
For example, customer A would have a list allowing him to select a platform in the following values : A1, A2, A3 & A4. Customer B could choose his platform in values B1, B2, B3, B4, ...
Is there a way to do this using a data source ? Through a custom function ? ... ?
