Am a complete beginner to Zoho Creator.

I would like to make a form that has a persons name and then a list of Decision Boxes:

Item1

Item2

Item3

Item4

Item5

Each Itemx has a value.

Depending on what boxes have been checked a total should be displayed

I can set the form up with no problems but I cannot figure out how to display the total

How can I go about doing this?
