I am just in the process of setting up my new zoho desk for our company.

I createn automated notify on new ticket creation, back to the customer.    In this custom email template, I mostly used the zoho default template, and installed some of my own colors and logo.

I have been dissapointed to find the email sent out are not mobile friendly, even a marginally.

As a contrast, here is an email sent out by another system:

Can anyone help me understand how to provide better viewing on a small screen, while still keeping some formatting on larger screens.
