Desk - ticket response (conversation) am I missing something?

Hi, first post in here.
So I have an ongoing conversation with a client regarding their ticket, which is now 20+ replies, how can I send them a reply without including all the previous replies in the body?
It's almost a new question about the same ticket so previous replies not relevant.
Anyone else confussed?
