Hello! I have been trying to add a custom action to a transition in which (after transition) the user would be brought to the Time Entry tab of the current ticket. I have tried using a function to open a url to the appropriate page, but could not get openURL to even open a new window of any kind from this function (see attached images). Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
