Hi all,

I have still got the problem of creating labels in Zoho CRM so I am now trying to create labels via Mail Merge to MS Word using an Avery template with 14 labels.

The problem is, the page is full of the same contact 14 times instead of different contacts on each label.

This must be a simple thing to do, but I cannot find anything about it, nor can I find a template with similar so I can investigate what I might doing wrong.

Any help would be much appreciated.
