I started with Zoho CRM Plus and there was a really nice sidebar that let me navigate between apps. As soon as I upgraded to Zoho One, I lost that sidebar and now find it very challenging to navigate with ease between apps. 

I'm not sure if this is something that can be addressed but the  Zoho CRM plus sidebar was a great little feature that is making me consider leaving Zoho One just for the ease of use.
