disabled incoming mails

dear admins

i am the super admin in my domain alehsantrading.com

it seems that i disabled the incoming mails for user : akram@alehsantrading.com

the control panel does not reverse my action snd states that i am not paying customer

can you pls ammend this for me , it would be very much apprecited as always been
