Display Customer information in ticket ?

Display Customer information in ticket ?

Hi, 
We successfully implemented Zoho Desk in our small support team recently, and one feature would ease our way to better answer our customer : 

I Would like to have some custom fields from Customer profile directly visible from the ticket view. 

- is it possible,  to have those fields reported to the tickets as lookup field ? how ? 
- if Not : it would be a nice improvement for Zoho desk
