Displaying previously defined relationships in forms / tables

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me with my problem.

In my database, I have Form A & Form B.

In form A, I have linked a "Name" with a "Region" that person lives in.

In form B, when I use the lookup function to select the person's "Name" from form A, I want it to automatically display (on form B) the "Region" the person lives in (as previously linked in form A).

Can somebody help me?
