DKIM Verification Fail

I have followed the instructions for DKIM record. Using http://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck I get that I have a valid core record, but Validation continues to fail. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or how to debug the issue. Domain provider is Namecheap. Domain is thecirclecares.com Any help would be greatly appreciated.
