Hi everyone, 

I know this topic has been discussed in other threads already but none of them are helping me so I am hoping to get help with a new thread.

I set up an email account with zoho and the SPF verification was successful. Unfortunately, my DKIM verification keeps failing regardlos of the changes and recommendations I already tried. 

I contacted the support team but received the same answer twice. 

'' Thank you for contacting Zoho mail.

We do see that the DKIM record is not published in your domain "palmvegan.com", when we did a lookup for your domain we get a response from the name servers:dns1.p01.nsone.net, dns2.p01.nsone.net, dns3.p01.nsone.net and dns4.p01.nsone.net, Please add the DKIM txt record in your DNS manager to verify DKIM.''

'' Thank you for writing back to us.

We do see that the DNS record is not published in your domain, when we do a lookup for the domain "palmvegan.com" we get a response from name server "p01.nsone.net" , please update the record in your name server.

''

This does not help at all as I already did that several times also with other host names. I also generated several records but still no change.

Please help me because I need this account for my business.
