Do you want to delete or unassign ZohoSign Documents?
Hello Community,
I was creating a contract to a client through Zoho Sign (mail merge template), then I made a mistake and had to create a new one. However, I saw that the first contract was assign to the Deal and Contact records as a Draft.
I clicked to delete it and got the question: Do you want to delete or unassign ZohoSign Documents?
I deleted the document but then found it on Zoho Sign still as a draft and assigned to the Deal and the Contact.
So, should I just Unassign the document, instead of deleting it? If I unassign it, what will happen to the document?
