Docs Not Opening

Since the site was down for maintenance yesterday none of our documents will open. We have a combination of word, excel and pdf all in zoho formats that used to work perfectly now a message comes up to try to restore to a previous version when you attempt to do this it does not allow you to save or export the previous version or do anything with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
