Document lost

This is very urgent. I've been writing for three hours on a document called "EFTA", on my account "zmonteiro" ( zefinas@hotmail.com), but when I saved it and opened the "Relat�rio de Est�gio", all my work was lost. I cannot find any of my work on the history of either document, so I have no way to recover the lost text.

I ask you to please, and this is so urgent that I trusted a online word processor for collaboration and now I see it all lost, that you could see in your databases if it is possible to recover my work urgently.
