We are looking for something to replace Google Hangouts. It hasn't worked well for us. I discovered Zoho Chat and have signed up our organization for it (we already have Zoho Mail, so everything is kind of there). My question is: does Zoho Chat have the ability to video and audio call, like Google Hangouts? Specifically, can it support group video and audio calls? I've searched and searched, but can't find it. The chat system built into Zoho Mail has support for 1 to 1 video and audio calling. It had group calling too, but now I can't find it.

If you guys could please shed some light on that for us, I would appreciate it.
