We are creating a decision tree script for our support agents to follow when handling incoming support. Does Zoho have anything where we could configure this and make it easy to follow and click through?

I tried Zoho Creator, but I can't get it to work as I would want.

My next though is Zoho Wiki where we could create links between pages to create the decisions linking to other pages of info.

Anything else I'm missing?
