Does Zoho Outlook 2010 Plug-in work on a Windows virtual machine (running on a Mac w/Parallels)

Would really like to use Zoho Outlook Plug-In

Seem to install OK but the Add-Ins location says: mscoree.dll instead of a path - no Zoho features appear in my Outlook
