Domain Already Exists

i want to use zohomail service of my domain mulbridge.com but when i try to add this domain to my account error appear in red box said already exist which means previous owner of this domain was using zohomail for his email purposes. for that issue i contact zoho support they reply me with this..

then i added the code in CNAME for verification and sent them all the evidence of ownership to zoho mail but i got this reply ..

If we do not receive any valid replies from him (within 24-48 hours), we'll ask our team to delete the domain from our end, so that you can add the domain, verify it, point the Mx records to Zoho and host an email successfully. 

after this email i have gave them email evidence of all transfer documents to zoho support and i got this reply from this lady that ....

We checked the settings of the domain "mulbridge.com" and see that the domain is associated with us for email services. We see that you have purchased the domain from Go Daddy and have associated the domain for email services with us.

We also see that the domain is verified with us and the MX records are configured to Zoho so you will be able to receive emails in your account. .....

BUT MY ISSUE WASNT RESOLVE. I WANT ZOHO SUPPORT TO REMOVE THIS DOMAIN FROM OLDER OWNER ACCOUNT SO I CAN ABLE TO GET THAT DOMAIN ON MY ACCOUNT AND ABLE TO START USING ZOHOMAIL....
