Domain Mapping not Working using cloudflare

Hello,

I have a problem with domain mapping using Cloudflare. I have set the records correctly from Cloudflare and I have an error message that says "Make sure you've mapped the CNAME entry and linked it to desk.cs.zohohost.com on your domain hosting site."  i already CNAME the records support.boracay.io.
