I created a subdomain on cPanel: customerservice.mydomain.com

What DNS registration do I need to do exactly?

The type will be CNAME, but the name?

The value will be desk.cs.zohohost.com?

I need to map two subdomains in order to create two portals for two different services, so that one and the other are unrelated so they each have their own form
