"Downgrading users" message.
Hello. Here's the context:
- Tried Zoho One for a whole month. Liked it so much I just signed up for a subscription plan.

- I own 3 domain names which I have already mapped to Zoho apps, mail, etc.
- During the trial I created 2 more users under some of these domain names, although they are all just me (still a 1-person operation)
- Upon going from trial to subscription, I got notification that the 2 users I created will be downgraded. I understand given the Zoho One per-user policy. However I was a bit caught off guard by this.
Questions:
- What does constitute an "user" under Zoho One? A profile with a dedicated email account?
- I don't mind deactivating my two other users, however I already assigned project tasks to one of them. What happens when this user is deactivated? Does the project's task switch to unassigned status?
- I'd still need to have the ability to create multiple email aliases (from any of my 3 domains) redirecting to my mail user email account. This is actually a big deal for me. Please confirm this won't be changed.
- Can I change the email associated with Zoho One without much trouble? For instance from trialUser@mydomain.com to realUser@myotherdomain.com
