Is there any way to actually download all the files attached to our Tickets massively?

We need to make a Backup of them locally but can't find the proper way since making it manually (one by one) takes forever.

Please your help regarding this issue.

If that's not possible is there any way for you guys to download them for us (on request) so we can work with that?
