Dual Delivery with Microsoft 365 as the primary server

Hey guys!

We are looking to migrate our email service from Microsoft 365 to Zoho Mail, but first we need to make sure that emails will be 100% migrated and that the Zoho Mail solution meets the team's needs.

We don't want to make Zoho Mail the main server immediately without being sure that everything will go well and that we can proceed with the solution. The idea is that we can have both providers (Microsoft and Zoho) active receiving and sending email. We want to keep Microsoft 365 as the main server so that there is no problem with any configuration that is done on the Zoho Mail side.

Searching the Zoho Mail documentation, we came across "Dual delivery" which is what we are looking for at this moment (we also saw about "Split Delivery" but we don't want to split part of our email on one server and part on another). The documentation is not very clear on how we can do this using Microsoft 365 as the primary server, although it mentions Exchange, I'm not sure if this is the correct way.

Given the above requirements, has anyone ever needed to do Dual Delivery using Microsot 365 as the primary server? I understand that it is a configuration that must be done from the Microsoft 365 administrator panel but I was unable to find any documentation that was clear enough explaining what needs to be done to achieve this objective.

If anyone knows how to make this work, I would be very grateful if you could share this knowledge!

Thank you very much for your attention

Best Regards

Dear Zoho Mail users, Thanks to all of you for your continuous support.  We have recently started implementing the Inactive User Policy, for Zoho Mail.  A user is considered as inactive, if the user has not logged in to the Zoho mail account for a period of more than 120 days. The login through POP, IMAP and Active Sync are all taken into account for tracking the period of inactivity.  Whoever received the communication need not panic, as we have just communicated our policy to all the users.  To
