Does anyone have problems with duplicating applications. I submitted a service request but can't get any answer. I asked for an urgent status update, still no answer. Generally, I get answers and resolutions on my requests fairly quickly; however, this one is worrying me because I am not able to get any communications back from Zoho technical support. A lot is riding on this for me!!
Can anyone shed some lights on this issue? Any fundamental problem with duplicating an app?
