The way e-mail parser in Zoho CRM is designed, it will never work for any customer under any circumstances.
The e-mail parser feature requires us to forward the mails to be parsed. These mails have to be sent to an auto-generated mail id. But we need to first verify that mail id by entering a code. And that code is sent to the same auto-generated mail id to which we have no access.
How exactly can this work ?
When I tried approaching Zoho Support through mail, their simple answer was that "It's not possible to user E-Mail Parser".
So, in essence, Zoho does not have this feature ?
Or is it a catch 20-20 for which Zoho has no solution ?
