You can now include all your shift-related data for your users without any hassle during user imports. With this enhancement, the Map Import Fields to Zoho CRM option includes all shift-related fields: Current Shift, Next Shift, and Shift Effective From. 

 

Users' locale information includes shift-related fields for every user. Previously, during user imports, admins couldn't map shift-related fields with the fields in import files. Hence, managing these shift hours mappings might have been challenging for existing and new users.

 

Now, you can map Zoho CRM's shift-related fields with the fields in your files—manually or automatically via the Apply Auto-Mapping option.

You can map your file's current shift and next shift fields with either the Shift Hour Id or Shift Name fields in Zoho CRM.

Similarly, you can map the field containing the effective start date of the next shift to the Shift Effective From field in Zoho CRM. You can also select a Date Pattern to determine the date format for the field.

After importing users with their shift-related fields mapped, all the corresponding shift data can be viewed under users' Locale Information.
