EMAIL

First let me say ZOHO is a great product.

But, the email set up is terrible. It's so basic compared to the rest of the product.

First of all, it should be able to import addresses and create an address book, with usual email style auto-completion.

Second, emails should be sent from the author not ZOHO, by adding a designated 'from' addresses, so that recipients can then reply to the message.

It would be really cool if you could integrate it with other products, online and offline. I'd love to be able to create a document and send it via GMAIL!
