Email Account Blocked and or Hacked? - Help!

Email Account Blocked and or Hacked? - Help!

Hello,

I urgently need access to my email account but keep receiving message -

We are sorry. Your account have too many concurrent active sessions, so access is blocked now. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com

I have tried contacting Zoho via a friends email account but still no response. 

Any thoughts, advice or anyone else having similar problems?
