Email addresses listed

I need to have email addresses listed on a page, but to protect these email address I scramble them. However, I do not know how to use that code within Zoho creator.

Basically I want the display to look like:
Email so and so: Click Here

How do I do that? I the URL field but of course it did not work because that is not its purpose.

Any ideas?
