We're facing a peculiar problem. Email conversations with many leads is showing in the email trail of one particular lead. we're worried whether all our emails are going a copy to this person or it is a zoho bug.

when we open that email it nowhere shows the email address of that particular lead in which all other emails are showing.

Please treat it most urgent.
