I want an email sent with the link to an uploaded file (say input.uploaded_file) to go out when form submission is completed.

 

I see a several forum posts about this but none of the code suggested seems to work, seems like code is outdated.

 

Can some one please suggest what I put in the Sendmail funtion to create a link for the uploaded file so the person can download the file.
