Hi guys, i want to forward my mails to Zoho Desk but they never show in the help center.

I contacted my mail-server company an they tell me in their logs they can see, that mails from their server was sent.

But they never show up in Zoho Desk.

Everything i did was according to the manuals of Zoho Desk.

Any ideas?
