Email forwarding automatically disabled
Hi,
I switched my family to Zoho this week. 3 mailboxes, 2 forwards to gmail.
I created a forward as admin. Entered the confirmation code and everything wrked fine - for 3 minutes. Then I got an automatic reply from ZOho:
- Dear Admin,
- The email forwarding configured in the Zoho Mail account ****@*****.com has been disabled for the account *******@gmail.com.
- Please feel free to reach us at support@zohomail.com for any further questions.

I WAS on a trial version, as I was still looking for a way to create these two forwards without having to make them paid subscribers...
Now I changed to a paid subscription (5 users) as I thought this would be the issue, but still no luck: same problem persists.
Zoho support does not answer my questions...
So I hope someone can provide me with a solution, as otherwise I am stuck with a paid subsciption that does not do what I need..
