Email forwarding to Blackberrys has stopped on all the accounts that I manage

Why have you stopped emails being forwarded to blackberry email addresses, this has now happened at the same time to three separate accounts all with different domains, 

Had emails saying the following when emails were getting through, this has to be sorted. I have sent service support emails and left messages on the telephone but no one getting the matter resolved, if not sorted soon i will have to close all accounts and move to google of Microsoft !!

What Immediate actions is required ? your email below doesn't give any information. as mentioned above emails were getting through to the blackberrys when this email was sent
