Email from Outlook Plug-in

I have the Outlook Plug-in and can select to add an email from my Outlook to a contact in Zoho.  This works fine.  The problem is that when anyone views (including myself) the contact record, the email doesn't appear unless you go down to the email section and select "Sent Emails from CRM".  First of all, this is not intuitive since the email wasn't sent or received from CRM but from Outlook.  The plug-in added the email to the CRM.  Secondly, since a user that is using the Outlook Plug-in is likely sending and receiving all of their email through Outlook, it would be nice to always be able to see all emails without selecting the "Sent Emails from CRM" from the dropdown. Either allow the user to make this as the default or make the default All Emails.
