Email from Zoho CRM Potential "Send Mail" not appearing in Outlook Sent Items

Email from Zoho CRM Potential "Send Mail" not appearing in Outlook Sent Items

Hi there, when users send mail from a potential, such that a record is made in Zoho CRM, is it possible this email be included in Outlook's sent items?
 
Using Outlook 2007 and plug in 6.2.6
